Retreat Agreement & Terms of Service

Your retreat

Sedona Retreat takes place in Sedona, Arizona, January 7–10, 2027, over 4 days and 3 nights. The retreat is limited to 50 guests.

The following inclusions form part of your booking. Airfare and independently booked spa services are excluded. Room arrangements and final stay details will be provided before you pay.

• Three nights: Resort accommodation throughout the retreat.
• Meals: Retreat meals are included. The VIP dinner is an optional add-on.
• Workshops and activities: All retreat workshops and planned activities.

Payment and your saved card

The retreat price is $2,995.00 per person. You have selected the VIP experience for an additional $500.00 per person: Private sunset meditation with the VIP group, a special dinner with your guides and fellow VIP guests, and one individual healing session for each VIP guest, scheduled during the retreat weekend with appointment details available in the app. VIP is limited to 15 guests. Your combined price is $3,495.00, including applicable taxes, plus a 3% booking fee of $104.85. The total is $3,599.85. The same deposit, balance and cancellation terms apply to the selected VIP experience. No additional tax will be added to this quote.

A 50% deposit reserves your place when payment succeeds and your reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance, including its booking fee and any applicable taxes, is due November 8, 2026. By completing booking, you authorize that balance to be charged automatically to the saved payment method on that date. Bookings from that date require full payment.

Stripe processes payments and securely stores the payment method used for the authorized balance. A failed payment does not confirm a reservation. If a balance charge fails, the team will contact you to resolve payment.

If you cancel

More than 60 days before arrival, within 14 days of paying your deposit.

100% of everything paid.

More than 60 days before arrival, after the 14-day deposit window.

50% of your original deposit.

31–60 days before arrival.

25% of everything paid.

30 days or fewer before arrival.

No refund.

Email support@valentineheals.com to request cancellation. The arrival cutoff is based on the date your request is received in Sedona (America/Phoenix). The 14-day deposit window is measured from the time the deposit was paid.

Your refund

The 14-day deposit window applies only while arrival is more than 60 days away. Guest refund percentages include the taxes and booking fees actually paid. An unpaid scheduled balance will be stopped when your cancellation is received before the balance charge.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. Refund rights required by applicable law take priority over these terms.

If the organizers cancel

If Valentine Heals, LLC cancels the retreat, your retreat payments and applicable taxes will be refunded. The 3% booking fees already collected will be retained. An unpaid scheduled balance will be stopped.

Airfare and other arrangements you book independently are outside this retreat booking and are not reimbursed under this policy.

The limits of our guidance

Sedona Retreat offers spiritual wellness practices, meditation, personal reflection, and conversations with its guides. These activities do not provide medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They do not replace care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Continue following advice from your healthcare professionals. Speak with them about any condition that could affect your participation. The hosts do not prescribe medication or advise you to stop prescribed treatment.

Your participation is voluntary. You may pause or decline a practice, and individual experiences vary. No medical, psychological, or spiritual outcome is guaranteed.

Taking part

Sedona Retreat is an alcohol-free experience. Treat other guests, guides, staff, and shared spaces respectfully, and follow safety instructions at the retreat and any visited sites.

Outdoor activities may involve uneven ground and changing weather. Decide what is appropriate for you and tell the team if you need an adjustment. Activities or timing may change for weather, safety, or site availability; the team will communicate material changes.

Your reservation does not give permission to use your image for marketing. Any promotional photo or video permission will be requested separately.

Your agreement

The required booking checkboxes confirm that you agree to these retreat terms and the Privacy Policy and understand the limits of the wellness guidance. No drawn or typed signature is requested. The accepted document version and time will be recorded with your completed booking.
