Please avoid submitting medical records or detailed health information through the website. Ask the team how to discuss a participation concern privately.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, arrange a call or reservation, administer payments and refunds, communicate retreat details, and handle support or disputes. Information you choose to share with the hosts can help them prepare for your retreat.

Accepting these booking policies does not subscribe you to marketing or give permission to publish your story or image. Any such permission is separate.

Services that handle information

Authorized team members and service providers handle information needed for their role. StudioFlows supports inquiry and booking administration. Stripe processes payments and saved payment methods. Website hosting and database providers support the service. If the team arranges your call through Google Calendar or Google Meet, Google receives the contact and scheduling information needed for that call.

Card information entered through Stripe is handled by Stripe. Retreat administration uses payment references, transaction status, and limited payment information needed to manage the booking.

Website information

Website hosting may process request information, including IP addresses and technical logs, to operate and protect the site. Necessary session information supports booking and account functions. When you submit an inquiry, the website records the form submission and the retreat page it came from.

Records and your requests

Booking and payment records are retained as needed for retreat administration, accounting, legal obligations, refunds, and disputes. Contact us about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests. Applicable law and required recordkeeping may affect what can be deleted.
